Beauty Match AI Beauty Partner Program — Terms

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to approved beauty creators, professionals, salons, businesses and other promotional partners. Beauty Match AI may approve, decline, suspend or terminate any application at its discretion.

2. Referral attribution

A referral is attributed to the most recent valid partner link clicked before signup. Attribution lasts 60 days by default and is stored server-side.

3. Affiliate attribution

Only partners with Active status earn commissions. Referrals to accounts that already held a paid subscription are recorded for analytics but do not generate commission.

4. Commission calculation

The default commission is 30% of eligible subscription revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, free subscriptions and promotional credits). Rates are configurable by subscription plan.

5. Recurring commissions

Commission continues for each eligible renewal while the customer remains subscribed and the partner remains in good standing.

6. Referral rewards

Milestone bonuses (free membership months) are awarded at 5, 10, 25 and 50 active paid referrals. Thresholds are configurable.

7. Holding periods

Commissions remain Pending for 30 days before becoming Approved, allowing refund and chargeback review.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunded or charged-back transactions reverse the associated commission. Commission history is never deleted.

9. Payouts

Payouts are requested once the approved balance reaches the program minimum ($50 by default) and are processed manually by the Beauty Match AI team.

10. Promotional requirements and prohibited advertising

Partners must not bid on brand terms, use spam, misrepresent the product, or make medical or dermatological claims. Trademarks may only be used as permitted by Beauty Match AI.

11. Self-referrals and fraud

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake subscriptions and manipulated referral parameters are prohibited and are reviewed by the Beauty Match AI team.

12. Suspension and termination

Beauty Match AI may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these terms. Earned commissions may be withheld where fraud is confirmed.

13. Privacy

Customer identities are kept private; partners see only the minimum information needed to track referrals.

14. Taxes

Partners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions received.

15. Program changes

Beauty Match AI may change commission rates, rewards, attribution windows and payout terms with notice.

These terms are editable by Beauty Match AI administrators and should be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication.
